Using metal poles, ropes, and awnings of different colors and sizes, an "invasive occupation" was made to the monument Juan Bravo, (work of the sculptor Aniceto Marinas) located in Plaza Medina del Campo, in Segovia, Spain.

 

This "intervention" also "occupied" the Medina del Campo square, and covered an area of approximately 400 m2.

​"Against monuments: occupation", was developed in conjunction with the Quintanar Palace of Segovia (directed by Giovanni Ferraro) for the exhibition "Reconsidering the Monument", curated by Miguel Cereceda.

​

 Production began on April 17, 2019, manufacturing the poles and structural counterweights that would support the ropes and awnings; on April 24 work began on the installation of awnings and ropes, ending on April 29, 2019.
